Activity log

Organization › Log Records lists the audit trail of your organization: on which inventory, which assignee did what, and when (e.g. "Olivia Bennett viewed the brands of Harborview Hotels Group.").

Who can do this?

• Permission needed: Organization › Log Records
• Usually: People with the Organization Admin permission

Your permission is computed from the assignments made to you and your teams. How?

Search and filter the records by inventory, person or kind of action. It is the first place to look in an audit, or when someone asks "who changed this record?".

What an integration does through the API is recorded under its name followed by "(API)" (see Integrations (API)).

For the history of a single work order, use the Updates tab of the work order panel (see The work order lifecycle).
