Plans and billing
Organization › Plans & Payment has three parts.
Usage limit
The sum of your active plans is your usage limit. The top of the page shows the usage and the limit of each resource:
- Number of locations
- Number of inventory items (systems, equipment and sub-equipment)
- Number of users
- Number of teams + team members
- Number of permission definitions
- Number of forms
When you reach a limit you can't add new records of that kind; grow your plan with New Plan.
Plans
Your active plans with their price, status and end date. For plans with a duration (e.g. the trial), the Ends column shows the end date and the days left. If you have several active plans, their limits add up.
Plans by organization type:

| Expert Organization | Expert Free (companies starting with a customer's invitation; one location for your own inventory), Expert Team (service, maintenance and inspection companies with a field team), Expert Regional (companies with branches, inspection bodies) |
Expert organizations start free: the work you do on your customers' inventory does not count against your limits; the location and inventory limits apply only to your own inventory. The current limits of each plan are shown on the Plan Selection cards and on this page's Usage Limit section.
Only a free plan can be chosen when the organization is created. Paid plans are added afterwards with New Plan on this page.
