Work orders
Creating, doing and reviewing work orders; their statuses; the list and the calendar view.
Creating work orders
Create a work order for a location, system or piece of equipment; choose the priority, target date, form, assignee and consultant.
Doing the work
Open the work order assigned to you, fill in the form, add comments, put it on hold if needed and complete it.
Review and approval
Review a completed work order as the consultant: mark each answer green, amber or red, then approve it or send it back.
The work order lifecycle
Work order statuses (Open, In Progress, On Hold, Consultant review, Consultant rejected, Completed, Cancelled) and the transitions between them.
List, calendar and kanban views
Switch a work order list between a table, a monthly calendar by target date and a kanban board by status.
The kanban board
See work orders as cards in status columns and move them by dragging: start, put on hold, resume, cancel, complete — with the window each step needs.
